Yoga Classes in Sydney

I teach yoga at Dancing Warrior Yoga in St Peters on Thursday evenings.

6pm - 7pm Embodiment & Flow: Flowing vinyasa, suitable for all levels. We weave yoga poses together to music and focus on connecting body, mind and breath.

7:15pm - 8:30pm Yin Yoga & Meditation: Nourish yourself with a Yin class, where we hold poses for a long period to allow the tension of the body to unwind and encourage deep relaxation. We will also practice mindfulness using a range of techniques while we move slowly through the postures.
