7 Days of Mindfulness for Beginners

This post is short and simple - I’m creating a new meditation email course for beginners!

Timely post too, as I just found out that the Podcast I recorded with the lovely Brooke McAlary from Slow Your Home went live today. You can listen right here. You can also find it on iTunes, Sticher or your Podcast app of choice. It was such a pleasure to record, Brooke was so easy to chat to it felt like catching up with a good friend over coffee.

If you have made your way here from there, welcome!

7 Days of Mindfulness for Beginners will start on 1st March, it will be free, simple and delivered via email.

Last year I thoroughly enjoyed running an online meditation course, primarily for friends and my yoga students. Recently, I have received quite a few emails and messages from you asking for suggestions to help you get started with mindfulness and meditation. This came up during the podcast too. All of this got me thinking that it might be handy to pull together a short introduction to mindfulness for brand new beginners. I’m not a meditation teacher per se, I’m a yoga teacher (with six years of experience teaching hatha yoga) and a meditation enthusiast. This course is my way of offering a taste of what I have enjoyed about meditation and mindfulness so far, and suggestions for other resources that might help you.

There will be new guided meditations, lists of my favourite resources and short instructions for simple practices. I’d love you to join us, sign up below if you are keen!
